Meet the Artist

Meghan Jones is a San Francisco based illustrator and architectural designer who loves telling stories through space, texture, and light. She holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia GSAPP and a background in pre-professional architecture from the University of Virginia.

Rooted in her architectural training, Meghan’s illustrations blend precise drafting with soft, atmospheric moments. Her work explores cities, landscapes, and the in-between—capturing how people experience place in ways that feel both grounded and a little bit dreamy. She’s especially drawn to buildings nestled in nature, and is passionate about bringing the story of your place to life—what makes it meaningful, memorable, and uniquely yours.

Meghan approaches each commission as a collaboration, working closely with clients to translate personal details, memories, and design intent into rich, narrative-driven imagery.

Alongside her practice, Meghan has taught and mentored students at Columbia GSAPP, sharing her love for process, craft, and visual storytelling. Her drawings have been recognized and shortlisted for multiple awards, reflecting her ongoing curiosity and care for both detail and imagination.
